1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Hooksy Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Plans, prices, and limits are listed on hooksystudio.com/pricing.
• Fees are billed in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel any time through your account; access remains until the paid period ends.
• No refunds on partial months, except where required by law.

4. License we grant you

We give you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to use the platform and to download, edit, and publish the videos it generates.

5. User content

You keep full ownership of scripts, footage, or other materials you upload. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to operate the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate copyright or trademark laws
• Generate or distribute unlawful, harassing, or hateful content
• Reverse-engineer our software
• Bypass plan limits or billing systems

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

7. Copyright & DMCA

If you believe material on Hooksy Studio infringes your copyright, email dmca@hooksystudio.com with:

1. Your signature (digital OK),
2. The work infringed,
3. The URL in question,
4. Statement under penalty of perjury.

We'll investigate and remove content as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

Hooksy Studio is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or viral results. Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You're free to stop using Hooksy Studio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account with notice if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boston, MA.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll email you and post the new Terms at least 7 days before they go live. Continued use means you accept the changes.
